Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on non-collectible products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders refunded prior to shipping may incur a 5% restocking fee.
Collectible products (TCGs, booster boxes, etc.) are NOT returnable.
Discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if it was an in-store purchase.
To start a return, contact us at shopeg@enchantedgrounds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: If the product was purchased at a discount due to known or disclosed damage (such as scratch-and-dent or clearance condition), it is not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees). Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
